Bug fix: Bungled app bundling in ODE Desktop
This small PR fixes a bug in ODE Desktop that under some circumstances when local dev mode is active, can cause the custom app to be bundled into an appbundle with an invalid bundle structure (missing root level files), which will manifest as a "blank screen" when Formulus later pulls down the appbundle...
